One of my favorite unit studies to do with my littles was the human body. I loved having them lay on butcher paper while I outlined their bodies. Then, as we learned about the body systems, we would add them to their body outlines.
By the end of the unit, they had a pretty good idea of what their insides looked like. Below, I’ve listed some of our favorite Human Body unit study books as well as some great living books to round out your plans.

I used My Body with my 4 biggest kids years ago, and then at a co op class I taught a few years back. Might be fun to do it again with my little ones. 🙂
